How to become a Community Ethical Certification Cultural Guide
That is just really long words for becoming a supervisor, liaison, coach, and mentor for business that wish to maintain long term connections to cultural and country.
The following is the process you can work through to get verified as a registered professional with CEC as well as start taking referrals for paying you for your services to help business maintain their cultural competency for the long term relationships with Indigenous communities in their local area.
First thing is first. You will NOT be an employee of CEC, nor or any other business. You will run your private cultural, local service how you see fit and you make those determinations as you see fit. The biggest part of this is the regular relationship you will build with your CEC mentee and ensure they continue high levels of cultural and country delivery of practice that is holistic.
